We are back in the comfortable surroundings of Cedar Creek Township, at their new playground in the midst of the entire park that's getting a make over for episode 280 of Fit and Healthy With Becky. It's brought to you by Trinity Health.
Your arms are the focus this week and if you have some light weight dumbbells that's a nice added way to put in some more resistance to tone and strengthen. Like any of Becky's workout routines, they are designed to be done 3, maybe 4 times through and the goal is to do these at your pace to get what you can. You'll also get the benefits of cardio in this one some and of course the overall balance of working your whole body is why we have a new work out for your weekly. We'll keep moving around different areas that keeping strong and fit are most essential, to keep you Fit and Healthy!
