Monday morning!! A new start to a new day filled with opportunity and drive! What better way to kick it off than with an energy boosting workout with Becky, on Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health?
The next few weeks, are geared a little more toward the advanced crowd. Becky is also in a new space to film the workouts! It's an exciting time for us and she's amping up the energy. This week is going to focus on your legs and core and the assistance of a bench will be helpful. It's a lot of sit up like movements and the leg work is strenuous, but all of this week is designed to shape and tone along with provide you the centered strength you need for your midsection which is where most of your balance comes from. If these moves are difficult for you, it's perfectly ok to go a little slower or reduce the reps you are doing.
Like any other workout, please keep in mind you should consult a Dr. before you begin to see if you are in good enough shape. Always drink plenty of water and remember to warm up and stretch out. The goal is to complete this workout 3 or 4 times through and of course, you can do this more than once a day.
