It's the way we kick off Monday's and it's a way for you to add in a shot of energy and self care right out of the gate!  Fit and Healthy With Becky brings you a shortened version of a workout that you should repeat 3-4 times through for the maximum effectiveness.  If you have the tools she brings in from time to time, great.  If not, you can usually adapt what you see with common household items to help you attain your goal.

This week, Becky is using the stability bars.  You'll see in the video that they are there to provide support for some exercises as well as define space for motion.  If you don't have stability bars, you can substitute a sturdy couple of chairs or maybe a pair of benches.  You're going to be working out your arms, legs and midsection this week.  This is a little more of an advanced workout, so...if it feels like you're overdoing it, please slow the pace and intensity a little.

Becky is also accepting new clients with her new private studio.  It's a fully functional facility and has all you need if you are ready to take it to the next level and really knuckle down on the working out as the winter months approach.  This is a rare opportunity to get in one on one with Becky and let her custom tailor a program for you and she can address everything from nutrition to physical well being too.  If you'd like to reach out to Becky, This email address is being protected from spambots.
