Monday!!  Feet on the floor and let's get to it!  Becky is not only showing off her NEW private workout space, she's getting that entire body of yours into motion this morning and adding a little kettle bell action to help with some resistance and strenght building.  Trinity Health is the sponsor of Fit and Healthy With Becky and keeping you healthy, well, that's their first order of business! 



With a kettle bell, Becky is going a little bigger on weight than you might be ready for. That's perfectly ok.  If you don't have a kettle bell, that's fine too, a little added resistance is what's needed and some repetition.  You're going to get a lot out of this weeks work out as it involves your arms, legs and core and with all that motion will come some cardio too.  Move deliberately in your own pace and don't think that going faster is adding anything to the process.  The weight of what you use is up to you as well.  If you are more comfortable with a lower weight, go for it.  A little more?  Have at it Hercules.
