The TRX straps are designed to add balance to your work out while providing resistance that you can adjust depending on where you place yourself in relation to the anchor points. It's a device that can be very simple to use if you choose, or it can be quite complicated too as you advance your way into more involved workout routines. If you don't have a TRX system, you can try a rope to pull on, but please for safety sake, make sure the rope is anchored to something very sound so you don't risk injuring yourself.
