You'll only need you and a spot on the floor this week to get going on Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health. After the TRX straps last week, Becky wanted to bring it right back the the most basics and give you a full body workout that includes plenty of strength and cardio along the way with nothing more than what the Good Lord gave ya to make it happen!
Becky works very hard to bring you all of the options she can think of to keep you Fit and Healthy! Some weeks she adds some tools of the trade to what she's doing, others, she shows you how just movement and activity can provide you the strength and stamina that is needed for the basics of good health. She's also gotten to the point of having her own private studio where she can take you to the next level if you so choose! Being a Certified Personal Trainer like she is, Becky can not only help you with the exercise, she can help you develop a nutrition plan as well as be a guide over the rough spots where you might think that slowing down is a good idea. It's that support that will keep you going and moving toward the best you can be.
Always remember that it's essential to check with your Dr. before you begin this or any other workout program. You also need to warm up, and stretch out some before you begin and drink a LOT of water. It's a key to making sure all your innerds are getting what they need while you put the time in!
