Grab some weighted plates and let's get to it!  Becky is going to go a little deeper over the next few weeks and push you a little more!  You thought last week off was just for funsies?  It was a break to give you a chance to power up to shift intensity and we're going big on Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health. 


You'll be ready for the "gun show" after this week.  The weighted plates are for added resistance and will add strength and tone.  Like all of Becky's workouts, it's the repetition that you need to concentrate most on as we tape one round of the steps and doing them 3 or 4 times through is the key to getting the most out of them.  This one might cause some tense arms.  Let's face it, pain is weakness leaving the body and while we slide off into the colder months around here, it is the ideal time to concentrate on an improved and healthier you! 

With this or any workout program, please consult your physician first.  Always remember to warm up, drink plenty of water and get your self stretched out good before you begin.  We're here to keep you Fit and Healthy not burn you out in a one round work out.  :)  If you are interested in more, Becky now has a private studio and is once again offering private one on one instruction.  As a Certified Personal Trainer, she can devise a plan for you to help your whole body with exercise and nutrition.  Her client list is growing once again as she has begin to offer these immensely impactful training sessions.  If you want in, get a hold of her soon.
