Monday!  6a!  If we had one of those mini trumpet things that don't have any of the buttons on it, we'd be playing that song they play in the Army to get your be-hind out of bed and get you moving with Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health.

  

 

You'll need a little extra weight if you'd like to add it in for some resistance this week.  We're concentrating on legs and your midsection which is where the biggest portion of your energy comes from.  This is also a little more advanced work out that you can pace down a little if need be.  We try to bring workouts to every level of experience, if you have the ability add the weight, if you don't, you can leave it out.  The key is to make sure you do the workout the recommended amount of times, usually 3-4 times through.  It's the repetition that helps build the strength and stamina.  

Becky has her private studio now and is accepting new clients for one on one training and if needed nutrition guidance.  It's a great location and equipped with everything you need and Becky is a wonderfully motivating and positive influence to help guide you into some newer life choices and to help make the turn into a healthier lifestyle.
