Welcome to a new week!  It's always a fresh start and always an opportunity to begin or continue a better version of you!  Becky has drummed up a workout for your entire body, and if you'd like to add 5 pound dumbbells, it will help with a little more resistance to push your ability.  Fit and Healthy With Becky is brought to you by Trinity Health.



The importance of the full body work out is apparent.  Strength, stamina and energy all come from your investment in yourself.  If you don't happen to have a dumbbell, find something close to 5 pounds and use that.  If 5 pounds is too much, you can use a lower weight, but the importance here is that you do the repetitions.  Becky suggests 3-4 times through every week to help you maximize the effectiveness.  

Always make sure you consult a physician before you begin this or any work out.  Remember too, that you need to warm up and stretch out before you begin and drink plenty of water.
