It's a new start to a new week and Becky is gonna get all up in ya bizness to keep you Fit and Healthy! We're always so thankful of the support of Trinity Health for bringing you this workout!
This week, Becky is introducing the hex bar! The hex bar is an implement that can have weights added on either side to add some resistance to what you're working toward as well as working arms, legs, midsection and cardio if you use it as a step spacing device. It's a first time for her to bring one on the show, so if you don't have one, that's ok, you can use other resistance type things like dumbbells and weights. Remember, it's important to do this workout at least three times through. Becky is also in her new private facility and as she brings in some of the newer equipment, it's a great time to think about maybe some one on one training or some small group classes she's going to be rolling out soon!
