Fit and Healthy With Becky is on episode 298 already!  Wow!  We've been at this a while and our thanks to Becky's loyal audience for keeping up with her on the weekly workouts!  Trinity Health is the proud sponsor of Fit and Healthy With Becky as keeping people healthy, well, it's their business. 

 

 

Car-dee-o!  We're going to make sure that ticker of yours is in good shape!  Becky has a workout for you this week that requires no additional equipment, however, it's gonna get the blood a pumpin.  We promise you that.  Arms, legs and core are all going to be part of this too and the overall benefit to your body is going to be amazing.  The key to it is to remember that once isn't enough.  You need to repeat this workout a few times through to get the full impact and if you do those repeats a couple times a day.....you're going to be the leader of the pack.  

It's always important to remember that warming up and stretching out is paramount.  Water too!  Plenty of it.  Of course, check with your Dr. to see if you are healthy  enough for this or any other workout program.
