Arise!  Or, if ya gotta, crawl out of that bed and let's get to it!!  Becky is here with the 301st episode of Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health and if you have a 10 pound dumbbell or something close to it, grab it and let's go with this full body workout!


The proper balance of the full body workout is the goal this week. Some isolate areas of their body with things like "arm day" or "leg day".  With Becky's approach however, she shoots for a little bt of everything and pushes the idea that the importance of it all is the repetition.  Yes, we keep it to under 4 minutes here, but to repeat these steps through 3 or 4 times is what is recommended.  You are in for arm day, leg day, cardio day and core day all in one!
