It's a bright and enthusiastic start to a Monday!  It's time to get your feet moving, your blood pumping and week started with Fit and Healthy with Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health.  This week, grab some mid to lower weight dumbbells and let's get that entire body going!



One of the best parts of a dumbbell workout, is that you don't need to rely on the dumbbells at all. You can substitute anything around the house close to equal weight, or you can leave them out all together depending on your ability level and desire.  This week, we're going hard on pretty much everything.  Arms, legs, core and cardio all come in to play and with the groundhog predicting an early spring, we better get it done.  The main idea, is to repeat this work out 3, maybe 4 times through and to keep nudging yourself a little more every day.  You're going to be building endurance and stamina as you do. 

Becky is here weekly and is also welcoming people into her own private studio once again.  Individuals or small groups are encouraged to get ahold of Becky for a focused program designed specifically for the needs of one or a few.  Becky is a Certified Personal Trainer and not only can help with the physical part of all you need, she can balance out your nutritional needs and when things in two places balance out, things elsewhere in the human experience seem to follow.  231-557-9548 is the number to call to arrange your one on one or small group!
