The Bosu Ball is a stability ball cut in half with a hardened surface on the other and it makes a great utility piece for any number of routines.  There are also dumbbells being used this week to add in some resistance that will strengthen and tone as we go.  Keep in mind that we are in a cycle of more intense workouts here on the show.  If you don't have these additional things or feel that the routine is too difficult for you, work at your own comfort and ability level.  Becky's viewers have been here for 309 episodes now and there are differing levels of ability addressed week to week.
