It's been a pretty intense few weeks.  Becky has amped it up and this week is the big finish with an upper body workout utilizing the TRX equipment to strengthen and tone your upper body!  Don't have TRX?  Throwing a rope over the top of a rafter will do!!  Let's get to it!!  Fit and Healthy with Becky is brought to you by Trinity Health.

 

The TRX Straps are a versatile way to add differing levels of resistance depending on your level of capability.  Yes, this is a little more of a strenuous work out, but adjusting your body position to where you can get the most out of the tool is explained by Becky.  You'll also see that the position of your hands and arms is a key part of how you'll make the most of what the routine offers today.  What's important, especially when we're in the more advanced weeks of our workout programs is that you don't do too much, too quickly and injure yourself of "over do it" and make it so you don't want to come back.
