You won't need much more than some space to get this weeks workout on Fit and Healthy With Becky done, however, you are going to need some ambition, because Becky is bringing the heat to help you continue to shape up for Spring this week!  Fit and Healthy With Becky is brought to you by Trinity Health. 

 

This one's got it all and by "all" we mean all, kinda on steroids.  No performance enhancing chemicals are not used or endorsed in any way on Fit and Healthy With Becky, however you are going to get the full does of arms, legs and cardio this week with an exclamation point.  It's going to be important to remember your pace and ability level this week and adjust accordingly as you see Becky demonstrate the work out.  It's intense and it requires a lot of balance and stamina.  Please, proceed with caution, but do remember for the most effective workout, you should complete this 3-4 times through. 

Please remember to consult your Dr. before you being this or any workout program. Remember too, the importance or warming up, stretching out and drinking plenty of water.
