Up and at 'em!!  Let's do this thing called Monday and let's do it with vim and vigor!  How's that for a flashback to some old school word use?  Becky is ready to rock your world this morning with episode 314 of Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health on the Muskegon Channel.



This week, some light dumbbells are needed for this week.  We're going to be going after your entire body.  Arms, legs, midsection and more!!  With this much activity too, there's plenty of cardio mixed in and you're going to enjoy this week.  Paced at a level of beginner to intermediate, if you'd like to go a little bigger with the weight, you can do just that...if you'd like to work minus the dumbbells, that's fine too.  What's important is that you remember that this and all of Becky's workout's are meant to be done 3-4 times through and you can do them in the morning and the evening for double the impact.

Remember, it's essential to warm up and stretch out.  Drink plenty of water and always consult your physician before you begin this or any other workout program.
