Becky is bustin' out the mediciine ball!  If your minds eye has an image of a big old dusty ball in the corner of the gym, guess again.  A medicine ball today isn't what your daddy knew.  They are sleek, compact and to the point when it comes to adding a little extra resistance to this weeks work out!!  Let's get right to Episode 321 of Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health on the Muskegon Channel.

It's a week of your full body getting a work out, don't make any mistake about that.  The smaller, sleeker medicine ball of today is a great piece of added resistance is great, but it's also not all that necessary if you are not at tat place in your physical fitness journey.  We're going to be working your arms, legs and midsection this week as well as some cardio in there to keep it all balanced and good.  This is a work out that can be done at any pace and that can be done more than once to help maintain where you are.

Remember, it's essential to warm up and stretch out.  Drink plenty of water and always consult your physician before you begin this or any other workout program.

Becky wants you to know that there's room for you at her private studio!  She's got some time on her hands to welcome new individuals or small groups to work out!!  It's a great location in Norton Shores and you'll feel right at home while Becky customizes you a work out and if you wish, a meal plan to go along with it to optimize your nutritional balance.  Call Becky at 231-557-9548 to ask about meeting up and learning more!

Also, did you know??  We have Yoga back!  Please visit our new site, Muskegon, Better and see Mindful Movements Yoga with Swenja Tanner!  It's another awesome way to balance out life and add in a little self care while you're at it.
