Up and at 'em!  Last week we went after the arms, this week...it's legs!!  Becky is in her home gym and ready to get your week moving with some energy and excitement!  It's an investment into yourself to spend the time day to day to get the workout in and get it done.  Fit and Healthy With Becky is brought to you by Trinity Health.

 

Working out the legs, you're going to get some of the core in there too. It's so important to maintain both for your strength, balance and endurance. From the necessity to get you from point A to point B and up and down steps, making sure your legs are useful for your entire life....ya, it's a pig deal.  Keep in mind too, that leg work also involves the hips, back and midsection so it's really a beneficial routine to come back for daily this week and repeat the program 3-4 times through. 

 

Remember, it's essential to warm up and stretch out.  Drink plenty of water and always consult your physician before you begin this or any other workout program.
