We're all sharing a little more today. We've got our areas of expertise and we can apply them as needed be it in the form of helping one way or another. Some are helping in delivery of food for kids and seniors, others are working to help maintain the most essential services like grocery's, medicine and information. In some way or another, we've all become "essential workers" and while we're inching our way back to "normal" we're seeing more in ourselves than we ever imagined.
Activity!! You need it, we need it and Becky is dedicated to it! Fit and Healthy With Becky Rewind is on the Muskegon Channel as we're doing our best to make sure we stay home, stay safe and stay healthy. May 1st is coming soon and we're hoping that we can get back to some new episodes. Media is considered an essential service, but where we can, we're working remotely and protecting our people and those around them.

Muskegon Surgical Associates has been a key part for me since December. They asked a week ago if we could help get the word out that they were still open, and seeing patients on an urgent and emergency basis and we of course were happy to welcome them. If you don't recall, I woke up with a stomach ache one morning and by that afternoon, life changed dramatically and it was the caring hands of Dr. Jennifer Bradley of Muskegon Surgical Associates that I pulled though.

Not much of what we'd hoped for, but it is what is is and since it's been 140 weeks without a "best of" well, we can all give a little. Yes, we're talking about bringing up taboo subjects...drugs, alcohol, vaping abstaining from them and convincing kids that the easiest way to stop, is to never start, but especially to never start at an early age when the brain is still developing,
