All Right!  You got last week off to stuff yourself with turkey and all the fixin's as well as save some energy for shopping and maybe a little merry making at your favorite party spot.  But!  When that alarm went off Monday morning, it was back to business as usual for the next few weeks and it's time to make sure you are doing all you can to stay in shape for the next big round of holiday fun!!  That's why Becky is here and ready to go with episode 124 of Fit and Healthy with Becky on the Muskegon Channel! 

This week, simplicity is once again the idea.  A medicine ball, a mat....or just the floor will do.  It's a practice in some balance and technique as well as some moves you might not expect that can have an impact, but...being a Certified Personal Trainer like Becky is, she knows even where the littlest of muscles hide and she finds a way to make all of them do their part!

We move from a bench and a couple of dumbbells to a stability ball and a dumbbell or two for this weeks work out with Becky from The Gym in North Muskegon!  Every week, Becky works to bring you new and fun options to help you keep interested in working out and getting the most out of what you're doing with limited cost to get you started.  It's a commitment to get going, it's an even bigger commitment to stay on track so to keep up on the adventure as well as limit the expense....you see quickly what she's up to.

A healthy balance can mean a lot of things.  For this episode of Fit and Healthy With Becky however, it's not about balanced diet, lifestyle or direction.  It's all about making sure your balance is good and you are strong enough down the core to not fall over!  Balance!

She's back, it's Monday and it's time for another round of Fit and Healthy with Becky on the Muskegon Channel!!  Becky is all about the kettle bell this episode.  It's a device that looks like it might belong in the Olympics getting thrown by some burly man, but the reality is that it's a pretty practical implement that can be used by yourself and unless dropped on your foot, should be fairly safe.

It's a new day and a new week what's better for a new challenge?  Becky is setting you up for success with episode 118 this week!  We're at The Gym in North Muskegon and she's bringing out the step and the equalizer bar to help give you a little nudge to get motivated!  Don't have a gym or an equalizer bar or fancy step?  Well, how about a broom handle or and your stairs to the basement or upstairs?  There isn't a reason you can't find a way to make it happen and Becky is right here, week in and week out to help you along!

It's time to step it up a little.  Becky generally offers an exercise program targeted at beginner to mid level, but this week...we're kicking it up a notch.  It's a little more of an advanced work out so if you're new to the game, take your time with what you'll see and go at your own pace.  If however you've been chugging right along with the other 116 episodes of Fit and Healthy With Becky on the Muskegon Channel, it's time to step on the gas!  

It's a seasonal favorite of Becky's.  Yes, it's time for bow season to open and in as much as Becky is absolutely awesome at making sure you are Fit and Healthy....she's also pretty good at filling up a freezer with venison once hunting season gets here.  In fact, when Becky's commitments to clients are complete from the end of September till deer season is done...she's on her way to a tree stand with her camouflage on and war paint on her face.  She LOVES the outdoors and everything about it!

Up and at 'em!  It's time to run a combo on some fitness with Becky this week!  You've been working hard on keeping up with all the different ways Becky shows you to stay in shape, and today it's time to combine a few.  She's giving you a mix of strength training, stretching Pilates and Yoga to get your body moving and toned up!

It's episode 114 of Fit and Healthy with Becky on The Muskegon Channel!!  It's a simple process really, a little added weight with a couple of dumbbells and a little added resistance with a step in your house or a small bench and we're going to be off to the races today!  It's not about how many gadgets you have or any of that, so don't feel that it's a competition to run out and get some of the stuff you see.  You can use a bottom step at your house...you could grab anything that would add a little resistance...it's all about just getting started and getting going.

We had a great time at Ross Park over the last few weeks, but as the holiday weekend is upon us we head back to The Gym on the 4 Corners in North Muskegon to start to get ready for Fall but keep you moving and in the tip top condition you've worked hard to get to.  Your first time visiting Fit and Healthy With Becky?  Not a problem!!  Becky's workout's are designed to be a first timer or an experienced athlete!

It's episode 112 of Fit and Healthy With Becky on the Muskegon Channel and it's simplicity in action in Ross Park where all she's bringing is a couple of 5 pound dumbbells and putting them to use in the serene settings of Norton Shores.  Core and arms are the primary focus on this weeks work out, but as usual, Becky finds a way to incorporate a little bit of everything with the easiest of ways for the beginner to the advanced work out.
