It's Monday morning...(maybe, that's when this publishes) and Becky is back to help you tone up those arms and your upper body with another episode of Fit and Healthy With Becky from The Gym in North Muskegon.  She's a dedicated professional personal trainer and spends a few minutes a week here with us to give you a chance to get going on a healthier life style through exercise that's easy to do and doesn't require a whole lot on your end.  

It's time for another round!  Becky is back from The Gym in North Muskegon.  This time, she's after your core, abs and lower back and she's got the toys out!  Might look like toys to a novice, but to Becky they are tools to help mold and shape you into a better body and a better feeling.  A little better health and a little longer endurance can't hurt anyone! 

Becky's back with episode 70 of Fit and Healthy With Becky.  This time, she's got your legs in mind!  She's even busting out some barbells to add to the experience!  These after all are important muscle, not only do they help you get around, they keep you looking good too.  It's worth spending some time taking care of those legs of yours and Becky is going to show you how to do it!

It's time to work those pecs!  Welcome to episode 69 of Fit and Healthy With Becky on The Muskegon Channel!!  Becky gave you and arm work out last week as bow season got underway in Michigan and we managed to get a few minutes with her in between time of her ventures into the woods ready to fill a freezer!  Yes, she takes a break from the tree stand to make sure that you stay on point when it comes to staying in shape and in good health!

It's that time!  Heading out into the woods to bag the big one!  Trail cams are filled with photos, all the camo wear is purchased and then you get out to the woods and find out that you don't have the arm strength to pull back the bow!  Rut Roh!

We're back at The Gym in North Muskegon!!  Fit and Healthy With Becky is Becky's way of adding a little something to your life by giving you a chance to get in a little better shape by following her expert advise and getting yourself rolling on a healthier lifestyle!  The workouts are simple and easy, although you should always consult a physician before starting this or any other exercise program.  Remember too, that it's important to warm up, stretch out and stay hydrated!

Time to get the blood pumping!  Yes, for a weekend after Labor Day, it sure still felt like Summer out there.  Needless to say, you might have been out living it up and are reading this thinking..... "Do I have to?". Ya, you kinda Do.  Hey!  It's the investment in you we're talking about so let's get you movin'!

You have the Labor Day holiday week off and that was nice!!  Now, we're back out to Ross Park one last time this Summer to let Becky work her magic for ya on Fit and Healthy WIth Becky!!

We're up to episode 64 of Fit and Healthy with Becky on The Muskegon Channel!  Becky is breaking out the dumbells and putting a little extra weight on the work out to help you tone up and look great!  We're in Ross Park still since the weather is so wonderful and we're blessed with such an amazing area to play in!
