In the media biz, there is this thing called cross promoting.  What you do is, yo grab one asset and you pair it with another.  Let's give you an example.  If we were WZZM 13 it would be like having Lauren Stanton who is the morning news anchor make an appearance on the 6 pm news cast to promote what's coming up on the morning show the next day.  Simple concept right.  

You're starting to show!!  8 weeks down and your work out's woth Becky have you feeling and looking a little better!  Clothes are not quite as tight, getting up and down the steps is a little easier and your popularity at work has gone through the roof.  Ok, the popularity thing might be a stretch, but you get the idea.  Simple steps to a better you in about 4 minutes a day.  You can go at your own pace, you can work the program more than once a day if you like and if you share this with'll all be a little better off!
