So many people feel like they have to suffer in silence. No matter what you are going through, whether is a mental illness or not feeling like you are enough or not feeling like you make enough money just know that you are not alone and there is some that is going through the same thing. Did you know that approximately one and five adults in the United States experience some sort of mental illness in a given year. This year you will be able to join an amazing group of women focusing on specific areas like health, relationships, finance, and career.
This year's 5th annual BE event will be held here in Muskegon and will be filled with some amazing speakers. The keynote speaker this year is Dr. Jean Houston. Dr. Houston is a nationally recognized scholar, philosopher, and founder of the Human Potential Movement she is also the author of The Wizard of Us. Some of the other speakers that will also be there are, Meghan Heritage, Brianna Scott, Connie Buffalo, Dr. Tabatha Barber, Holly Cole, Kristen Lucksted, and Karen Fredericks.
