Well, while we're still not really able to congregate in big groups just yet, what do we do best in Muskegon? We improvise, adapt and overcome. This year, Cheers and Chocolate will be taking on a little different spin! Cheers and Chocolate Community Crawl Benefiting Every Woman's Place Muskegon is happening in the month of April 2021.

While the usual 600 or so can't pack into the CIM, it's a limitless number that can participate in the Cheers and Chocolate Community Crawl! Area business owners can pick a deal, a special or maybe a limited menu item - anything. What ever they come up with, a portion of the proceeds is the donation. Over the course of a month, think about the amount of extra visitors that could be coming by to help and try something new!! After the month of crawling things will culminate at the Downtown Muskegon Social District at the Community Crawl Finish Line on April 24th at the Olthoff Stage, which it will also be live streamed on the Muskegon Channel website for those who want to watch from home! There will be some live music, a pick up spot for those who just can't miss out on the amazing confections whipped up by the CIM and of course, a chance to mingle in a little different setting this year, and different isn't always a bad thing. Businesses across our area are invited to choose one or several items, specials, or deals they wish to feature, and donate a portion of the proceeds of sales of those featured items to Every Woman’s Place. The Cheers Community Crawl starts April 1 at 9:00 am and runs the entire month of April. There's the Pop Up Wine Pull on April 17, 2021, starting at 11:00 am at Smash Wine Bar in downtown Muskegon! EWP will showcase an exciting selection of wines at this in-person wine pull on Saturday, April 17. Donate $20 to pull a bottle…and go home with a wine valued at at least $15–or more!
