It’s our weekly update with Public Health Muskegon County Director Kathy Moore on COVID 19 for February 23rd.

The pressure is really coming down as we move into the State of Michigan’s phase that was announced called the “Recovery Cycle”. These are the steps to what normal will be with no projected spikes till the FALL of 2022! It’s a relief, but the idea is to keep aware and limber. Don’t throw out the masks just yet….use personal judgement and don’t judge others. The charts all show rapids decreases and a lessening of need to be paranoid. We talk again about “Recovery Cycle” and will be adjusting messaging over the next few weeks around that, and hopefully….we’ll be changing topics away from COVID with Public Health in that time. This is a good news week.
