It wasn't long ago we made a pass down Henry Street and paid a visit to Betten Bake Hyundai for the first time to learn about the work they had going on to help the Muskegon County Department of Veterans Affairs. They are giving you a chance to make a donation of non perishable food items to help veterans and their family members. Betten Baker is ALWAYS working to help in the community and across the street at the flagship store...they are celebrating pets this month with a little help from Buick and the Noah Project is the beneficiary.
We've had some fun with the Noah Project lately! We featured their big fundraiser not long ago and then, a couple weeks later, we did a drawing for a $1000 gift card as we were working to grow our email list a little and the lucky winner just happened to be one of the volunteers at the Noah Project! Good begets good it would seem because Betten Baker Chevrolet is on board this month to collect the supplies needed to help the shelter sustain and carry on their work on behalf of the furry faces they serve daily. Betten Baker Chevrolet is a pet friendly business as you'll see in our video today, even "Big Ben" gets to show off some dog love while at work.
Betten Baker and Buick will be doing some matching of gifts as well as giving you a chance to help too. Bring in a donation of pet food or some supplies that are needed like paper towels, cat litter, bleach, maybe some pet toys, peanut butter, or gently used blankets or towels. Betten Baker will make sure they get to where they are needed at the Noah Project and YOU will get to register for a pretty awesome mini fire pit that you can get a look at in out visit today with Ben Deull and Maria Secord. Max! LOVE!! Oh, to be able to pet a dog again!! Just because I can't doesn't mean I don't love 'em. What a beautiful dog and what an opportunity to stop in and be a part of something a little bigger than a dealership. Betten Baker began right here in Muskegon and has spread across the state...exports from Muskegon....that's music to our ears! The important part is though that they continue to realize that it all began right here and giving back to what matters in Muskegon is where the customers come from.
