Becky has a workout for you this week that takes nothing more than a couple of dumbbells! Why the simplicity? Well, it's easy! Working out is simply a commitment to yourself! There are chances to go to some big flashy club with all the bells and whistles and everything. You could join one of those places that has all the different packages and pricing that get confusing. You could try to start on your own with no direction or any other path, but with Becky, it's some simple direction and a chance to take that first step and get going. When you're comfortable, you can always remember she is a Certified Personal Trainer and offers both group and one on one settings to help you take it to the next level.
