Well, now that the celebration of episode 100 is over, it's back to the grind!  Episode 101 of Fit and Healthy With Becky on The Muskegon Channel is all about your lower body and the Tabata format work out.  You do a burst of work, followed by a burst of rest and the reps in that time are not as important as the quality of the movement.  It's a time thing to work both your muscles and your cardio at the same time and it's one of Becky's favorite disciplines.


We film Fit and Healthy With Becky at The Gym in North Muskegon.  Are you looking for a fitness center?  May we recommend very highly you stop into The Gym on the "4 Corners" for a couple of reasons. First, it's a locally owned small business.  Second, the atmosphere is one of a neighborly setting where grown up's can get in a good work out on any equipment offered elsewhere and finally, it's one of Becky's spots to host group programs or one on one training.  It really is a great spot and we're thankful for their partnership.  At very least, click on the link at the beginning of this paragraph and give their Facebook page a like!

Now, down to business.  As always, consult a doctor before you do this or any other workout program.  Warm up...stretch out...plenty of water...and away we go!
